How’s our COMMUNITY-LIFE?  Outlined below are some VALUES, each followed by a few questions to help determine whether or not we’re living those values consistently.

  • To Live in Community with God
    • Have I/you lived in AWARENESS of God today?
    • Have I/you talked with God today?
    • Have I/you thanked God for something today?
  • To Live in Community with Other Believers
    • Did I/you serve a believer or serve alongside other believers this week?
    • Did I/you learn with/from other believers this week?
    • Did I/you celebrate God with other believers this week?
  • To Live in Community with Not-Yet Believers
    • Did I/you listen to a not-yet believer’s story this week?
    • Did I/you serve or serve alongside a not-yet believer this week?
    • Did I/you celebrate God (enjoy LIFE) with a not-yet believer this week?

Ironically, after typing up these VALUES, I realized that they could be summed up in two phrases:

  1. Love GOD by Living in Community with Him, and
  2. Love OTHERS by Living in Community with Them.

Not sure what it is, but something about these phrases sounds very familiar to me? 😉  Could they be related to THIS?
