You Say Church – I say PARTAAY (Week Three)

Summary

Whenever we mention church, most people come up with negative words or phrases.  “Boring!  Hypocrites!  They’re so judgmental!”  Whenever we mention Jesus, most people don’t have an issue with Jesus.  According to the Bible, people flocked to Jesus.  But people don’t flock to church!  Everyone was excited about Jesus except, guess WHO?!  That’s right, the religious people.  Today you see Christians holding up signs, “repent!  or you will burn in Hell.”  Did Jesus ever do that when he was here?  Guess what!  Only to the religious people!  Instead Jesus said, “get excited because the Kingdom of Heaven is among you!”  When you say church, I say PARTAAY.  When dead things come back to life, that’s a reason to throw a party!
