Plus One

Summary

Everyone is somebody’s plus one.  A plus one is an advocate for someone, or even something.  This week David Parker shares that he is a plus one for Gibson Guitars.  Also, a plus one is an invite.  One of our drummers, Dan Turner, had not even come to church for 40 years until David invited Dan to come as his plus one. Now, Dan has barely missed four Sundays since he first became a part of the Gathering of SummitLIFE 3+ years ago!

It is time to celebrate Easter and that provides the perfect opportunity to find your plus one.  A plus one can still plus one someone else even if they are not sure about this Jesus person.  Easter is also a time for those who have known Jesus for a long time and wish to go deeper with him; get a healthy serving of “meat and potatoes!”

Who is your plus one?  Invite them to the Gathering and invite them to do life with you!
