Summary
How are you balancing the different areas in your life? Rest is so important that God wrote it down in stone! Missing exercise? Yep, God has insight on that too. He tells us that there is more to exercise than just our bodies. How about diet? Did you know that one of God’s first instructions to mankind was what to feed our bodies? That’s right! In the beginning, God created the balance of life to be simple. Ever since, people have been complicating life through trying to get closer to God with religion or by pushing God further and further away. To those who are weary, and burdened, find rest in this week’s teaching!
