At what point is it ok for a leader to feel that they have arrived? At what point is it ok for a leader to say, “I’m good with where I’m at.”??? At what point is it ok for a leader to shut down the desire to excel, to shift into neutral and trust that momentum will do the rest? My answer? Never. These things are never ok for a leader. Actually, I believe that when a leader reaches any of these points in his/her leadership, he/she ceases to be a leader. Leadership requires forward motion…without it, you’re no longer leading.
I’m considering attending THIS CONFERENCE. It boasts a lineup of great, forward-motion teachers and speakers…LEADERS. After all, LEADERSHIP IS VELOCITY.
Have any of you experienced this conference? Thoughts?
